AikiSkills: The Core – PART I
A company in which the workers have confidence in their managers and look forward to going to work.
A service company whose internal and external clients feel cared for and enjoy calling or going to that company simply because they feel well attended to and because each encounter with the company is a memorable experience.
A learning center, school, college, that students enjoy and want to attend.
A home where all the members want to collaborate.
We use the philosophy of a martial art, Aikido, to approach communication. It allows us to catch the conflict before it becomes one by proactively building trust.
Know the basic techniques before you can move to the “advanced class”. In Aikido, Shodan is the first degree black belt, which means “you are ready to absorb further training”. You can become a black belt in communication.
We will train you to know and use the 5 basic techniques of AikiSkills.
Trust, connection, art, are the pillars of AikiSkills.
